Hello,
actually your category tags are not handled at all. check this thread for the explanation, basically you'll have to change the name (using a rename for example). Also, the fact that there are several sub-items in your category field might lead to another problem, which the lack of feed to string tools in pipes, check out that thread for a workaround if needed. |

hello again,
as I said I response to your other post, there is no such limitation in pipes itself, and now I'm sure that your source provides only ~160 chars. (when I opened your link in firefox the description is limited too.)post your pipe's link! |

Need help optimizing pipe.

Hello!
I've been trying to make a pipe that gives you the latest Simpsons and Family Guy episodes.I actually got it to kind of work, but there's still a copule of things that I'm having trouble with.
The biggest issue I'm having is that my results get truncated because of the max response timeout of 30000ms.This is allready a problem when fetching the videos from one of the shows, but when I try to combine them and add images from wikipedia to all the videos it's just getting rediculous.
My second problem is the maximum subpipe nesting level of three.
Here is what I've got right now.
Any tips on how to optimize the pipe would be greatly apriciated. :) |
