But at the same time you can still see the content if you go too that page through a browser. There is a difference between the two based on the user agent of the application you are using. CL can block it that way. You have to wait about 30 minutes from my experience before you can try it again. Even then you will get 403 really fast if you dont get behind a proxy. Suite ...
